After submiting your repair request, a Priceguru after sales agent will contact you in order to organise for the pick up of your product.
Once your product has been collected, it will be dispatched to the authorised service center for a diagnostic.
Repairs that fall within the product warranty will be entirely covered. If the product has been misused or warranty has expired, then the product repair will be at the customer expense.
Once your product has been repaired, we deliver to your home or office; or if product was dropped off at our POPUP Store at Tribecca, you will be informed that it is ready to be collected.
The warranty is non-transferable and is allowed to the user whose name appears on the warranty sheet.
The warranty is limited to authentic & original products which have not been affected by any misuse, negligence, alteration, repairs or modification of any possible nature. Warranty does not cover damages such as:
The warranty is subject to using the product in compliance with the purpose and to the specification of notices and the user’s manual delivered with the product, including the obligation to operate the equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Limitation of liability.
The warranty is limited in case of impossibility of supplying products (part & swap units) similar to the faulty unit/part due to the products being discontinued from production or to any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, the Manufacturer reserves the right to propose an exchange equipment of the discontinued product as warranty compensation.
The warranty does not give the user the right to claim in case of damages, even in cases of the following restrictions: unemployment, operations, trading losses, prevention of possession, work interruption or by referring to primary or secondary contractual obligations or any other causes. In no event shall Price Guru Ltd. be liable for incidents or consequences, damage of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the extent those damages cannot be claimed by law.
